  • A proper and balanced diet of fruits, vegetables and meat is the first step to ensure a cellulite free stomach.
  • Eat foods that are rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants help you get rid of the free radicals that cause tissue damage, aging and some diseases. It makes your skin look younger by repairing the damaged tissues. An anti-cellulite diet is sure to include a lot of foods that contain antioxidants.

Losing fat and building muscle is a sure way to prevent and reduce the appearance of cellulite in the body.

Other forms of bodyweight exercises include push-ups and squats. It would be helpful to give these other exercises a try as well as in order to maximize your exercise sessions. Both pregnancies left me with a lot of cellulite. Especially on the legs. But getting fit does seem to make the cellulite appear reduced.

I had cellulite on my thighs and it became a big problem for me; because of it I was to embarrassed to wear anything above my knees. I became so desperate and tried everything. Nothing worked.
